Helping people transform lives and businesses.
“I’ve got more energy now than when I was younger because I know exactly what I want to do.”
- George Balanchine
In 2019, I’ve decided that one day I’ll coach you. I’ve committed to investing time, energy and money on my self-development, my business and every single of my clients beyond what I could ever imagine. I’ve set up a high bar for success for my clients and myself.
In 2019 I’ve decided to turn pro.
Coaching as a vehicle to serve.
Financial, tech and creative industries.
As a professional life coach, I help people transform lives and businesses. I bring more than 10 years of experience working with executives, leaders, and high-performers from financial, tech and creative industries.
Today I coach executives, leaders, managers, and high-performers, focusing on personal and professional development. I support them in :
building effective conversations,
leveraging their emotional intelligence to engage and inspire others,
facilitate collaborative processes across functional groups, and
effectively grow their business.
Having worked in many different contexts, I bring a listening presence, a refined intuition, and a natural ability to connect with people from a range of experiences and needs. I enjoy asking the powerful questions that generate insights, learning, and new ideas.
My professional background includes various organizational roles within financial, tech and creative industries:

“It is the easiest thing in the world for a man to look like if he had a great secret in him.”
- Herman Melville
When I first started to write those following lines, I have realized I was drawing a portrait of a self-made man, facing challenges and overcoming them one by one with the power of a superhero. I was creating my own version of life-coach-man. It hit me when I read over the draft. I saw that unconsciously, I was telling a story of a superhero coach so that you can trust me, you can love the image of me being a life coach.
Unconsciously I was drawing a portrait of a life coach that won a war over life.
Purpose transitions me.
Don’t you find funny for a life coach to declare war to life? I do! Like if there was something to win. I really like the words of Herman Melville. Every time I do the exercise to remove what would possibly be that thing “to look like if I had a great secret in me”, what is left is purpose. Please let me share with you another version of what I wrote initially when I removed the “to look like if I had a great secret in me”.
I started my career as a professional musician (cello) in the South of France to express what I loved to do, playing the cello on stage. One year later, I broke my shoulder and it stopped my career. That event, that may have been more dramatic, opened a space for new possibilities.
At 19 years old, I wanted to react strongly to that challenge. I went to the university to transform my career and did what is my second passion, mathematics. At 30 years old, I’ve already spent 7 years working for insurance companies,
transforming their business,
optimizing their income, assessing their risks
leading passionate teams and
training small groups.
In 2017, my wife and I decided to move to California. I started a new job, learned a new culture, and I had in the back of my mind one objective: create a prosperous coaching business in the US.
It took me 2 years to finally start to act on it.
“Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together.” Vincent Van Gogh.
In 2019, I dedicated my time, my energy and my money to learn coaching from the best, to be an outstanding coach. I am not saying that to put the focus on me, but because as a former professional musician, I know the importance of learning from the best, to be connected with people that inspired me and to stay in the game. I set up a high bar for success so that I can serve powerfully my clients. My commitment to my clients is to deliver the best service I could possibly do.
Learning from the best,
investing on myself.
“It takes a village to raise a child.”
I am a Solution-Focus Coach. I've been trained by the Erickson Coaching International. I’ve traveled across North America: New-York, Calgary, Vancouver, and San Francisco to learn from my coaches and mentors: Amy Davis-Bruner, Kim Leischner, Heather Parks, Sophie Bizeul, Guide G Furlani, and Dermot Butterly.
I am fully engaged in growing a prosperous coaching business. I am currently following a Business Building Academy. With 8 other coaches, each week, we draw new paths to serve our clients. I use that Academy to try everything, achieve what I can to deliver the best coaching experience to my clients.
I’ve hired Dermot Butterly, a.k.a The Celtic Coach, who is my coach, and my mentor. I’ve put on him the work to help me to see my blind spots. As a coach, he keeps me honest and genuinely helps me to grow exponentially my business.
Living service is my way of coaching.
Living service is my way of coaching.
Who could I help today?
Who could I serve today?
What would Love do today?
Along with my personal expertise I bring that collective energy, wisdom, and strength. When my clients hire me, they don’t only have a session with me. They benefit of the sum of the collective professionalism, attention and intention of many coaches that did that before me.
That is my gift to my clients. I have made the choice to support my client as best as I possibly can.
My coaching is clean, powerful and focuses on respecting the integrity of my client. Who they are, what they want. As my coach does for me,
I help my clients to dream big,
to see their blindspots,
to connect deeper with who they are so that
they can run the course of their life, with purpose.
Purpose transitions you.
"Be Yourself, Life is already Taken"
My version of Oscar Wilde's famous quote
Purpose transitions me.
When I see that, I am not at war with life anymore.
I am myself, purposeful, and at peace.
What is left is me, what I want to do, and what I decide to do.
Tell me how could I serve you today?
I’d like to finish by thanking you for reading this.
I’d like you to email me firstname.lastname@example.org and tell me your feedback.
Tell me what you would like to hear next month, let me know the problems you’re facing and the fun you’re having and the frustration you have. Anything that comes to your mind.
My commitment is to you and I promise you, I’ll do everything I can to make your life and your job more fun and productive.
